Idealoro respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit idealoro.com or contact us, why we do so, and what your rights are.

Who we are

Idealoro B.V. in formation (in oprichting), the Netherlands. Contact: contact@idealoro.com. Company registration details will be added here once registration is complete.

Which data we process

When you use our enquiry form or email us, we process the details you provide: your name, email address, company, the location and type of the property, your preferred timing and the content of your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

Why we process your data

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you commission us, carry out the assignment. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed to enter into an agreement at your request.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within 24 months. Data relating to assignments is kept as long as required by law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers we need to run this website and our email (such as our hosting and email provider), under appropriate agreements. Data may be processed within the European Economic Area.

Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Photographs of properties

We never publish images of a private residence, its address or its owner without written consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to contact@idealoro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
